Frame was thrilled create a series of 12 short films to unveil Volkswagen’s much anticipated, first all electric vehicle. The VW ID3 promises to be a game changer, with its elegant design and myriad of patented high tech features.
Our challenge was to create a series of reveal films that unveiled the form of the car, whilst also introducing the key design features that make for a greater driving experience.
The unique challenge of this project was the absence of any physical prototype of the car so all elements were built in CG - with credit to Infected Digital, with whom we partnered with.
The tone of the campaign is bold, fresh and youthful as VW targeted social media channels to make a big splash within the automotive industry and attract the attention of a younger potential buyers market.
